摘要:
结核病诊断延迟问题在全世界普遍存在,特别是结核病高负担国家及地区。诊断延迟致使患者病情持续加重,错过最佳治疗时机,并且导致结核病在人群中进一步传播。诊断延迟不仅与患者自身因素有关,也受医疗水平和国家政策的影响。因此,作者拟对影响结核病诊断延迟的相关因素作一综述,为采用综合性干预策略减少诊断延迟提供依据。
