摘要:
实施有效的治疗管理是终止结核病策略的重要环节之一。新技术的不断涌现和成熟,使智能工具辅助患者服药管理成为一种新的选择。电子药盒由于技术相对简单、成本较低、操作简便,已成为目前全球应用最广泛的一种结核病患者管理新工具。为了解电子药盒辅助结核病患者服药管理在国内外的应用现状和进展,解决直接面视下督导服药(DOT)管理不能完全适用于不同地区、不同患者的难题,笔者从智能服药管理工具的出现及应用、电子药盒在我国的应用,以及电子药盒进一步推广所面临的挑战等3个方面进行论述,为各级结核病防治政策制定者和防治人员,以及相关生产企业提供参考。
