摘要:
结核分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis,MTB)感染导致的结核病是一种主要的慢性炎性呼吸道传染病,严重危害人类健康。结核分枝杆菌的致病性取决于其调节宿主代谢的能力,而巨噬细胞代谢可塑性影响疾病的发展过程。结核分枝杆菌感染期间白细胞介素-1(IL-1)的释放对宿主层面的病原体免疫防御至关重要,并对宿主的代谢状态十分敏感。作者对结核分枝杆菌感染期间IL-1的分泌机制和对宿主抵御感染的影响、宿主巨噬细胞代谢重编程对IL-1的调控,以及IL-1与其他细胞因子之间的串扰进行综述,旨在加深对宿主抵御感染的认识及阐明IL-1重要的免疫学功能。
