摘要/Abstract

摘要： 近年来,随着对支气管哮喘的病因和发病机制的研究,其诊断和治疗方案取得了很大的进展,表现为新的诊断和治疗技术和理念的出现,诊断方面主要有呼出气NO检测、呼出气冷凝液成分分析、气道重构影像学评价、表型分析等;治疗进展有支气管热成型疗法、炎性介质拮抗剂的应用、舌下特异性免疫治疗,以及维生素D、抗真菌治疗和质子泵抑制剂的应用等。这些诊疗的新进展为哮喘的防治提供了更多选择。

Abstract: In recent year, with the development of the etiology and pathogenesis of bronchial asthma, its diagnosis and treatment has made great progress. New diagnostic examinations emerged including analysis of exhaled NO and exhaled breath condensate component, airway remodelling imaging evaluation and phenotypic analysis. New treatment technologies developed including bronchial thermoplasty, the application of inflammatory mediators’ antagonists, sublingual specific immunotherapy, as well as vitamin D, anti-fungal therapy and the application of proton pump inhibitors. These developments in diagnosis and treatment provide more choices for asthma prevention and control.
