摘要:
卡介苗接种是预防结核病发生的安全有效的方法。尽管不良反应发生率低,但婴幼儿卡介苗接种后淋巴结炎等不良反应的防治仍需引起重视,并且其在临床诊治过程中仍存在各种困惑,故笔者对近年来国内外有关文献进行复习,侧重于婴幼儿卡介苗接种后淋巴结炎的临床特征和治疗方法的选择,旨在为其预防和合理治疗提供有价值的参考。
