摘要： 结核病是全球的重大公共卫生问题之一,我国是全球第二大结核病高负担国家。作者分析了我国目前的结核病防治工作形势和面临的问题与挑战,认为确保政府的组织领导及经费保障,完善结核病防治服务体系和采取有效的防治措施是保证我国结核病防治工作可持续发展的关键。

Abstract: Tuberculosis (TB) is a major public health concern worldwide. China has the second highest TB burden globally. We analyzed the current situation and major challenge of TB prevention and control in China and concluded that to ensure the Governments’ leadership and funding, improve tuberculosis control service system and to take effective control measures are the key to ensure sustainable development of TB prevention and control.
