Gender and age, malnutrition, socioeconomic status, smoking, alcohol abuse, diabetes mellitus, indoor air pollution, silicosis and some chronic systemic disease, and under immunosuppressive therapy, household or school TB contact history, may all be the risk factors of TB occurrence. Therefore,in the development of the TB control policies,we should focus on more targeted measures, pay attention to low-income and less-educated population, strengthen alcohol and smoke abstaining, keep indoor air circulation and good attitude, concern the impact of diabetes mellitus and pneumoconiosis on tuberculosis, strengthen contact screening management.
