Abstract: Bacteriological negative pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) is the present difficulty in the diagnosis of PTB, as we don’t have a diagnosis model which is clear, unified and authoritative. In this paper, the situation of the establishment of the bacteriological negative PTB diagnosis model is discussed. Through analyzing the modeling method, the object of study and so on, it is anticipated to guide the establishment of clinical guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of bacteriological negative PTB, and standardize the rapid diagnosis of active PTB.
