研究及工作方向:
从1998年起,利用小鼠慢性结核病及结核病复发模型,结合结核分枝杆菌遗传操作技术,对结核分枝干染中潜伏感染的机理及结核病复发的分子免疫机理进行研究;并通过系统免疫原筛选和动物模型,系统研发结核病新型疫苗。
2007年回国后加入中国医学科学院病原生物学研究所,负责医科院结核病实验室的建立和培训工作。鉴于中国普遍缺乏支撑结核病免疫学研究必须的动物实验能力,进行了长期不懈的实践和努力。
2014年至2017年担任上海市结核病参比实验室主任(上海市疾病预防控制中心),通过对全市31个结核病定点医院结核病诊断治疗工作的日常管理和指导,对我国临床转化医学的现状和需求有了切实而深刻的理解和认识。
针对临床疫苗和诊断技术发展需求,在2017年调入中科院生物物理研究所,研究领域为结核病分子免疫学和分子遗传学。其中针对结核病新型疫苗和药物研发的迫切需要,在结核病系统动物实验模型和结核病比较免疫学方面,正在开展广泛深入的科学研究。
